What is the refund process?

At Rajdhani Garments, refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

Once your return request is approved, we initiate the refund within 48 banking hours.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take approximately 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

1. If the product does not require pickup or return, the refund process may begin immediately after approval of the request.
2. If pickup is required, the refund will be processed only after successful pickup and product verification.

Customers are requested to provide correct bank account or payment details. Rajdhani Garments will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information provided by customers.

Refunds on Coupons & Promotional Offers

1. If an order was placed using a coupon code or promotional discount, the coupon value may not be refunded.
2. Refunds are usually processed only for the final amount paid after applying discounts or offers.

Important Notes

1. Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, UPI apps, card providers, or payment gateways.
2. Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
3. Rajdhani Garments reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of policy misuse or failed verification.
