Pickup & Return Process

If your return request is approved, our courier partner may arrange a pickup from your address depending on service availability.

Pickup is usually attempted within 2–5 working days. Customers are requested to keep the product properly packed with original tags and invoice.

If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the order type.
